We will gladly accept returns of your unworn, unused, and unlaundered items within 30 days of your purchase date when it is returned in saleable condition with the original vendor packaging and tags (with a few exceptions: underwear, swimwear, and arm slings, compression socks – see below). Patti + Ricky do not pay for the shipping of your returned items.
We cannot credit altered, customized, or personalized items. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. The following items are non-returnable: underwear, swimwear, arm slings, any personalized or monogrammed items, or anything else otherwise labeled final sale in the item description.

How much is shipping?
We are currently offering FREE shipping!
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. It typically takes about 6-8 business days to receive your order, but can often take less. If you need faster shipping please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate. If an item is being customized or personalized, this means the item is made-to-order, the amount of time it takes to ship will be noted in the item description. Due to currently high volumes of Fidget Jewelry, we are experiencing brief delays with shipments. Please except 2-3 weeks for delivery of your Fidget Rings and Fidget Necklaces.
Do you ship internationally?
We unfortunately at this time only sell and ship to customers living in the United States. However, we are working hard on expanding and hope to offer international shipping in the near future. Please check back with us or feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can notify you once we begin shipping to the country in which you live.
How do I return an item?
If you want to return an item, please email us here: email@example.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. We will send you a return address. When shipping the return you will need to include your original Patti and Ricky invoice and unworn, unlaundered merchandise with the original vendor packaging and tags attached. Patti + Ricky do not pay for the shipping of your returned items. Once your return is received and processed, you can expect your money back within 30 days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, your tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. Each product you order from a different designer, you will receive a separate package. For example, if you ordered multiple products from four different designers you will receive 4 separate packages. If this was the case after your order was processed, Patti + Ricky would email with 4 separate tracking numbers. How do I exchange an item?
Since our stock levels are constantly changing, especially during the spring and summer we allow returns but not exchanges with the exception of Men’s and Women’s denim. So that you do not miss out on the style that you would like for an exchange, please ship back your original order as a return and that you place a new order.
Patti and Ricky will allow one exchange for size and/or inseam per denim item of men’s and women’s denim items and shoes made by Friendly Shoes, including the exchange shipping.
