We will gladly accept returns of your unworn, unused and unlaundered items within 30 days of your purchase date when it is returned in saleable condition with the original vendor packaging and tags (with a few exceptions: underwear, swimwear, arm slings, personalized items – see below). PATTI + RICKY do not pay for shipping of your returned items.

PATTI + RICKY cannot credit altered, customized or personalized items. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. The following items are non-returnable: Underwear, Swimwear, Arm Slings, any monogrammed or personalized items, or anything else otherwise labeled final sale in the item description.

PATTI + RICKY do not accept exchanges. Since PATTI + RICKY stock levels are constantly changing, especially during the spring and summer we allow returns but not exchanges with the exception of Men’s and Women’s denim. So that you do not miss out on the style that you would like for an exchange, please ship back your original order as a return and place a new order. Underwear, swimwear, arm slings, and personalized items are non-returnable.
