How It Works
Using the Trelawear Bluetooth Pendant is Simple:
Please Note: Currently users must have an iPhone for the Emergency Alert function to work. Care Group members can be both Android and iPhone users. We plan to introduce an Android App for users in the near future.
1. Download the Free FallCall® Detect App or FallCall®Lite App on your iPhone
2. Remotely pair your pendant to the FallCall Detect or FallCall Lite App by pushing the button on back of the pendant and holding it pressed for 3 seconds. Be sure your iPhone® is near your pendant when pairing.
3. Once your pendant is paired, follow the prompt screens to sign up for the subscription monitoring plan that is right for you, directly on the App!
4. There are 2 subscription plans to choose from:
- The Care Group Plan for up to 5 people - $9.99 per month
- The Central Monitoring Service Plan (which includes Care Group)- $19.99 per month
*Note that if you download the FallCall Detect App the $19.99 monthly service includes Fall Detection as part of the Central Monitoring Plan
