You can't stop the heat! But you can bring your cool with Cooling Gear!

You can’t stop the heat!

But you can bring your cool! Hi everyone, it’s Cienna from @chronicallypersevering! Many people with chronic conditions, disAbilities, aging individuals, and able bodied friends experience difficulties with temperature control and cooling. Patti and Ricky’s newest edition to their website: Oro Sports Cooling Gear, can help with this! We call this universal fashion, it helps everyone!

Today, I’m going to share three different ways to style their cooling headbands

Cienna sits on her blue walker wearing a lime green cooling headband, tinted silver sunglasses, a rainbow floral puff sleeve top, gold chain belt, high waisted flared fringed blue jeans, and Birkenstock slide on sandals. Her service dog Piper has his paws on her and is wearing a bright orange cooling headband around his neck. They are both smiling at the camera.

Outfit 1: Feeling Groovy! I took my inspiration for this look straight from Gucci ‘s recent 70’s inspired Resort 2021 runway show! I don’t know about you, but the entire show felt like an empowering dream. The formula is easy! All you need is a cooling headband, statement top, and a fun pair of jeans (bonus points for  adding a chain belt if you really want to have some fun) ! Not on a Gucci budget? You don’t need one! Almost all of my pieces are high street finds! H&M, Zara, Patti and Ricky, I’m looking at you!

Outfit 2: Quarantine loungewear, but make it fashion! This pandemic has definitely had a huge impact on the world of fashion, with loungewear reigning supreme. Comfy and cute? I’m sold! Let’s make that laptop to couch evening commute even shorter! What’s in the look? Bike shorts are definitely having a moment, but how can you make them, even more, fashion-forward? Adding one fashion’s other loves, leather separates into the mix! You can easily recreate this look with a pair of bike shorts or cropped leggings, a comfy white tee, Velcro sandals (so easy to get on and off & adjusts when your feet swell), and of course your new cooling headband

Outfit 3: Workout to beach in a flash! Sometimes in the summer heat you have to be prepared for everything! All you need for this look is your favorite swimsuit, sports shorts, tube socks, white tennis shoes, and your cooling headband. I took this look straight from the pavement to a day on the lake! You are now ready to beat the heat, where ever your day may take you!

Cooling gear isn’t just chilling, it can look pretty cool! I can’t wait to see how you style your new cooling gear! Make sure to tag Patti and Ricky in your looks and #PattiandRicky for us to share your photos on our social media platforms! How do the cooling headbands work? Check out our @pattiandrickycom Instagram story and I’ll walk you through the process!

Love, Cienna and Piper
